وَعَنْهُ رضي اللَّه
عنْهُ :
{ كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ أُمَّةٍ أخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّاسِ }
قَالَ :
خَيْرُ النَّاسِ لِلنَّاسِ يَأْتُونَ بِهِمْ في السَّلاسِل في أعْنَاقِهمْ
حَتَّى يَدْخُلُوا في الإسْلامِ .

Yine Ebû Hüreyre
radıyallahu anh:
“Siz insanların
iyiliği için ortaya çıkarılmış en hayırlı ümmetsiniz”
âyetini okudu ve onu
şöyle açıkladı:
İnsanların diğer
kimselere en hayırlı ve faydalı olanları, bazı şahısları boyunlarından
zincire vurulmuş olarak (İslâm toplumuna) getiren kimselerdir. Sonra o
getirdikleri esirler İslâmiyet’i kabul ederler.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said in the interpretation of the Ayah reported:
"You are the best of peoples ever raised up for (the benefit of) mankind..." (3:110): The best for mankind are those who bring them with chains round their necks till they embrace Islam (and thereby save them from the eternal punishment in the Hell-fire, and make them enter Jannah in the Hereafter)."
